I can't sign in to my account

planar accounts are created by your organization. Sign in with your email, or with Google or Apple if your organization enabled them. If you were invited as a contractor, use the QR code or PIN provided by your team — no account needed. Still stuck? Contact support with your work email.

Why does the app ask for location, Bluetooth and microphone?

Background location protects lone workers and powers GPS-verified patrols and safety alerts. Bluetooth enables the offline mesh that relays messages, positions and video when there is no cellular network. The microphone is used for the walkie-talkie and voice notes. You stay in control of every permission and can change them anytime in your device settings.

The app works without network — how does sync happen?

planar is offline-first. In a basement, tunnel or dead zone, your data is written locally and relayed device to device over the Bluetooth mesh, as long as a teammate is within range. What cannot be relayed waits on your device and syncs automatically once any device regains a connection.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Danger zone → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently erases your personal data in line with GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure). Records the law requires us to keep are anonymized rather than deleted.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Settings → Account → Personal data lets you export your data, including a forensic evidence export with verifiable SHA-256 fingerprints and certified RFC 3161 timestamps.

How do I manage my subscription?

Organization owners and admins manage the subscription from Settings → Subscription. Plans purchased on the App Store are managed through your Apple ID; plans purchased on the web are managed from the billing portal.

planar runs on iOS 16 or later and on Android, and requires a professional subscription. A companion web app is available.
